About Us
Sanjay Katre is a retired bank officer. Sanvedana Foundation began through his efforts of spreading traffic awareness in Kolhapur, through his one-act play, titled “Traffic Traffic”. He initiated the movement of adding reflective tapes on road dividers, to make them visible to drivers after dark. He started this movement without funding from any outside sources. This effort was very well received by the people of Kolhapur and was acclaimed by the media as well.
